For the last three years, we have been experimenting with constellation work in the midst of a herd of horses. The results blew our minds!
Not only are the horses able to perceive the knowing field, but they have stepped into the constellations at crucial moments and in ways that further healing in a powerful way.
We cannot promise any horse magic, as we are not in control in these constellations, but their participation has been enriching and we expect our collaborations to
grow.

Tomorrow is only the future if we create it anew. So often we tend to repeat the past, are stuck in certain patterns that don’t allow us to create a new flow.
Family Constellation is a unique form of ancestral healing that addresses the places in ourselves or our family systems, where the flow of life is inhibited.
We can never change what happened in our lives, but we can certainly understand it and process it through new understandings.
Integrating past hurts and releasing the ghosts of the past open us up to create a future that does not repeat past patterns.
Instead, you experience a new freedom to choose your own creativity on your life path.

The Inner Art of Breathing
Do you struggle with an inner restlessness and don’t know where you belong? Do you find that similar unwanted themes keep repeating in your life?
Family constellation work addresses such issues. We look at transgenerational trauma transmissions that may have landed with you or your loved ones. Once we find them we begin to unravel what holds you in its grip and hopefully find a way to clear it.
Leaning back into our roots and belonging brings a beautiful peacefulness to our soul, from where we can live a lighter and deeper life.

Few of us utilize the full power of our breath!
Most of us leave our breathing patterns in the realm of the unconscious and have not learned to consciously use our breath to influence how we feel.
That can change in this one week end workshop, where you will explore how to engage your breathing to downregulate your nervous system or clear your emotional channels.
