Constellations Facilitator Training
Training & Professional Development
One shared training environment. Different levels of participation.
A practice-based pathway for learning to see, facilitate, and deepen in systemic constellation work.
Participants enter the same field of learning and engage at different levels over time depending on experience.
If you’re considering joining and want to explore where to begin, we’re happy to be in conversation.
This work develops through practice over time. The depth of engagement shapes how it unfolds.
Shared Online Training Environment
All participants in the Learning Circle and Facilitator Training gather in a shared online space, guided by Samvedam Randles, Director and Principal Weaver, together with the Lead Weavers.
This environment forms the foundation of the work.
![]()
Across the training, participants engage with:
- foundational principles and systemic frameworks
- live demonstrations of constellation work
- guided experiential exercises that bring the work into direct experience
These sessions offer both orientation and depth. Over time, participants begin to develop a way of seeing—one that reveals underlying patterns, relationships, and movements within a system.
The learning space is shared.
The level of engagement and responsibility evolves.
🌱 Tier 1 — Online Learning Circle
Participating in the Field
What This is
The Online Learning Circle offers a way to enter the work through observation, reflection, and guided participation.
Participants learn directly through demonstrations facilitated by Samvedam, supported by the presence and guidance of the Lead Weavers.
Over time, the work becomes familiar—not only as an idea, but as a lived experience.
This level is well suited for those who:
- are new to systemic constellation work
- want to deepen their understanding without facilitating
- are drawn to the work but prefer a more spacious and flexible entry point
What's Included
- participation in all online training sessions
- observation of live constellation work
- engagement in selected guided exercises
- exposure to a range of systemic dynamics and patterns
Participants are not expected to facilitate, but are invited to engage at a level that feels appropriate.
✧ Guided Practice Track (optional for online participants) ✧
Format
- small group or individual sessions
- guided over a structured arc
- integrated alongside the online training
A Complete Experience
For many, the Learning Circle offers a complete way to engage the work.
For others, there comes a point where observation begins to shift into a desire to practice and facilitate.
Working Through Your Own System
The Guided Practice Track offers a more engaged way of working alongside the Learning Circle, providing a structured path for exploring your own family system through direct experience.
This track is for those who feel called to:
- work more intentionally with their own history
- explore patterns within their family system
- engage the work beyond observation
Participants engage through:
- guided journaling and reflection
- meditation-based practices
focused exploration of core relationships, including mother’s and father’s lineages and sibling dynamics
The work unfolds over a defined series of sessions, held by a Lead Weaver in a more contained setting. This allows space for both personal experience and careful integration.
When You’re Ready to Step Further…
As familiarity with the work grows, some participants begin to feel a pull toward a more active role.
This often shows up as:
- wanting to step into practice
- curiosity about facilitating
- a desire to work more consistently and with greater responsibility
When that shift occurs, the Facilitator Training offers a natural next step–
🌱Tier 2 — Facilitator Training
Practice & Embodiment
What This Is
The Facilitator Training is a deeper level of participation for those ready to actively engage in facilitating systemic constellation work.
Participants remain within the shared online training led by Samvedam, while stepping into a structured and ongoing process of practice, supported by the Lead Weavers.
Here, learning moves from observation into embodied experience.
What's Included
- continued participation in the shared online training environment
- opportunities to facilitate constellations
- direct feedback and reflection
- continued support and integration over time
Practice becomes central. Participants begin to develop both capacity and confidence in holding the work.
Commitment
Participation in the Facilitator Training includes:
- attending retreats
- engaging consistently in practice groups
- stepping into facilitation over time
This is a developmental process that unfolds through ongoing engagement.
A Shift in Engagement
The structure of the training remains the same.
What changes is your role:
- from observing → to practicing
- from participating → to facilitating
- from learning → to holding the work
⚲ Retreats
Three in-person retreats are an integral part of the Facilitator Training
These gatherings anchor the learning process and offer space for:
- deeper immersion
- extended practice
- direct experience of the field in a shared physical environment
The retreats support the transition from learning into practice in a way that cannot be replicated online.
➤ Continuing the Work
The Facilitator Training establishes a foundation for practice.
For many, the next step is not completion—but continuation.
As participants begin facilitating more actively, new questions emerge.
Supervision offers a space to meet those questions within a consistent field of practice.
🌱Supervision & Ongoing Practice
Continuing to Hold the Work
By application or invitation
What This Is
Supervision is an ongoing, practice-based space for those actively facilitating—or preparing to step more fully into that role.
Held by Samvedam as Principal Weaver, this space supports the continued development of perception, clarity, and precision in the work.
Training builds the foundation.
Supervision is where the work matures.
What Happens
Each session is grounded in real facilitation experience.
Participants bring:
- current cases
- questions arising from practice
moments of uncertainty or challenge
The work may include:
- live or reconstructed constellations
- tracking systemic dynamics
- exploring blind spots and edges of growth
The emphasis is on practice, not discussion.
Who Is This For
- graduates of the Facilitator Training
- practitioners working with constellation approaches
- those stepping more fully into facilitation
Participants are expected to have prior experience and be ready to engage actively in a group setting.
Structure
- monthly supervision sessions
- small, consistent group
- ongoing participation over time
This is not a one-time program, but a sustained space for continued development.

These gatherings offer an opportunity to:
- deepen the work in person
reconnect with the broader field - continue developing through shared experience
A Different Kind of Space

What It Is
The IAI Constellations Facilitator Training Program is a cohort-based journey for individuals who feel called to deepen their work in systemic constellation practice within an embodied and relational framework.
Designed for those who want more than technique, the program offers a sustained learning environment where participants refine their skills, strengthen their presence, and engage the complexity of personal, ancestral, and collective systems with thoughtful guidance.
Through group learning, supervised practice, embodied exercises, and reflective dialogue, participants develop the steadiness and discernment needed to hold constellation-informed work with care.
The program is guided by Samvedam Randles, Founder and Director of Inner Arts Institute, alongside a dedicated team of Advanced Training Leaders.
Samvedam stewards the vision and curriculum, while team leaders support small group dialogue, facilitation practice, and integration. This shared leadership provides both clear direction and consistent support throughout the training.
Purpose of the Program
The purpose of the Training Program is to cultivate individuals who want to engage constellation-informed work with depth, responsibility, and maturity.
Participants are supported to:
- Deepen their understanding of systemic and intergenerational dynamics
- Strengthen practical facilitation skills within a structured framework
- Build confidence in tracking and responding to relational fields
- Integrate embodied practices into constellation work
- Clarify ethical boundaries and professional scope
This is not simply a training in method. It is a developmental process that invites personal growth alongside professional formation.
Who It Is For
The program is intended for individuals and practitioners with prior experience and or familiarity with Constellations. This learning program is a great fit for those who are ready for a more sustained and guided path of development.
Participants may include constellation practitioners, therapists, coaches, group facilitators, and others working in relational settings who seek greater clarity, structure, and depth in their practice.
If this next stage of development feels aligned, we invite you to apply.
Advanced Learning Leadership Team
The Advanced Training Program is stewarded by Samvedam, Principal Field Weaver, who shapes the overall direction and developmental arc of each cohort.
Each training cycle is supported by a carefully selected team of Cohort Anchors. Chosen for their depth of practice, relational capacity, and readiness to serve, these leaders guide learning groups, support practice facilitation, and continue to grow alongside the cohort they help hold.
All Cohort Anchors work in close partnership with Samvedam throughout the training cycle.
