MORNING MEDITATIONS (45 MINUTES) (Closed until further notice)
Join IAI’s Samvedam Randles and other Meditation Guides
Monday - Friday | 8:15-9am
Join us each weekday for a 45-minute meditation led by psychotherapist and trainer Samvedam Randles and members of the IAI team. Start off your day more grounded and attuned with 15-minutes of guided meditation, followed by 30 minutes of silence in a community of like-minded souls.
Open Constellations Day
Join Samvedam and members of the IAI Team, Julie Fender-Zobel and Volker Frank

Explore several methods available to experience the power and information of a constellation when you do not have a physical group with you. We have the online benefit of having Volker Frank with us from the west coast. He has worked with the Institute for a number of years teaching and facilitating organizational, business constellations. We will explore family and or business constellations through this day.
GRIT, GROUNDING, AND GRACE

Gathering weekly around the virtual campfire to attune to ourselves and each other. We will share what life is bringing in this new societal circumstance: the benefits, the opportunities, and the challenges. We will explore creative ways to ground ourselves and work to greet each week with as much grace and skill as we can muster.
EXPRESS YOURSELF!
Join IAI's artist-in-residence Julie Fender-Zobel and Expressive Arts Therapist Kimberly Clementi-Eadon for an evening of creative resourcing and fun via the expressive arts.

We will share with you the ways we are using artmaking to get us through this difficult time and provide an opportunity to create in community. In the sharing of a creative and expressive space we strengthen our collective and individual resilience.
What it will look like:
The two-hour workshop will include an instructional portion followed by time to be together. Upon registration we will send you a materials list. All offerings will use materials that are easy to find at home.
First Offering: Accordion Book or Journal:
We will take you through the steps of making the book and explore creative ways for how to fill it.
