Our Approach

Inner Arts Institute works from the understanding that we do not exist in isolation. Each of us is shaped by relationships — family, community, history, culture, and the natural world. Our work helps make these connections visible so they can be refelected apon and reintegrated.

At the core of our approach is systemic constellation practice. This means we explore challenges not only as individual experiences, but as part of larger relational systems. When these systems are brought into awareness, new movement and insight become possible.

We work across three levels:

  • Retreats and immersive programs integrate constellation-informed inquiry with embodied practices such as movement, breath, reflective dialogue, and symbolic ritual. These elements are used intentionally to support integration.
  • Group workshops and trainings create a shared field where participants can witness and learn from collective dynamics.
  • Individual sessions offer focused space to explore personal and relational patterns with care and clarity.

All of our offerings are guided by a commitment to ethical practice, clear scope, and responsible facilitation. Licensed therapists, coaches, and constellation practitioners each work within their professional training while aligning with the Institute’s shared methodology.

Inner Arts Institute is directed by Samvedam Randles, who stewards the Institute’s principles, curriculum, and leadership development. Together with a community of practitioners, the Institute supports learning environments that are thoughtful, grounded, and relational.
