“Blocked trust is the reason for blighted dreams.”

A Group Journey in 2022
6 Wednesday evenings | Jan 26 to April 6

chickadee trust_workshop

In these trying times, where fear and anxiety are rampant and we struggle to not get caught up in anger or despair, the word "trust" may not initially seem to resonate. And yet, only when we can sink into the safety and openness of trusting relationships (with Self and Other) can we find our equilibrium, reclaiming a sense of peace and perhaps even happiness. Join us in exploring our mental and somatic patterns of connection and protection while discovering the path to deepened trust.

WHEN: Six Wednesday evenings 6:30 – 8:30pm EST
WHERE: On Zoom
FEE: $345

Course Overview:

What this series offers:

• Exercises and experiences dissolving mistrust and building renewed trust in yourself, in others, in the world.

• Deepened connections with like-minded others who are also practicing trust-building.

• Somatic skills you can use again and again to anchor your awareness and navigate your trust in Life.

• An inner sense of trust in your “enoughness.”

• Moving beyond blockages and “blight” and towards deepened well-being.

• A beautiful holiday gift to resource yourself (which will spill over onto all your loved ones)!
