Fri, October 26: Restoring the Global Immune System

Thomas Huebl, October 26, 2018 in Boston, MA.

Thomas Huebl, is a modern mystic, spiritual teacher, author and systems-thinker who will address the effects of unresolved trauma. Thomas utilizes scientific and spiritual wisdom to facilitate transformational processes that address trauma and shadow issues. His teachings aim to guide practitioners toward a deeper level of self-awareness—from an ego-centered worldview to a life of authentic expression, service, and alignment. Based in Israel, he has worked with large groups of trauma survivors including those traumatized by the Holocaust, and he has begun to train practitioners worldwide in his methods through the Pocket Project. Join us 9am–4pm at Friends Meetinghouse, 5 Longfellow Park in Cambridge, Mass.

Sat, October 27 with the Pocket Project Constellation Team

An international team of facilitators, all graduates of Thomas Huebl’s collective trauma training, will facilitate exploration of a collective issue using a social constellation. A social constellation is a specific form of systemic constellation in which we deal with a larger, collective issue. This allows us to explore the connections between personal and family destinies with the hidden forces that are present within our culture.

Working with the entire relevant system provides new insights and resources that can illuminate underlying dynamics. The movements that are needed to disentangle the complexity often become visible.
Join us 9am – 5pm at the Inner Arts Institute, 16 Spring Street in Watertown, Mass.

Sun, October 28: Transforming Your Workplace with Organizational Constellations: Paul Zonneveld & Mieke Jacobs

Organizational Constellation facilitator Paul Zonnefeld

Failure to understand the deeper systemic dynamics in organizations often leads to inadequate solutions. Leaders spend precious time and energy fighting symptoms rather than addressing their underlying causes. This not only results in underperforming organizations, but it also affects the health of both the company and the employees.

Mieke Jacobs, Organizational Constellation Facilitator

Paul and Mieke will offer experiences that provide you with a new lens to look at business issues and will fundamentally shift your view on the effort it takes to solve complex organizational challenges. We will identify the levers to "de-bottleneck" organizational dynamics using Organizational Constellations. Small interventions at the deeper systemic level can create significant breakthroughs. Often, the dynamics become crystal clear when we stop talking and experience what a constellation of the key players and structures reveals to us.
Join us 9am – 5pm at the Inner Arts Institute, 16 Spring Street in Watertown, Mass.
